1、construction project brief description

The annual output of 12 million GPP chip technology reform project is invested and constructed by Shandong Kesheng Electronics Co., Ltd.. The construction site is located at 7060 Industrial Second Road, Mingshui Economic and Technological Development Zone, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City. The total investment of the project is 16 million yuan, and there are 2 new GPP chip production lines. The main purchase of 147 devices such as point measuring machines, cutting machines, and diffusion furnaces, and the transformation of the factory building is 5,500 square meters.

2、Overview of possible environmental impacts of construction projects

Among the "three wastes" of the project, the exhaust gas mainly comes from the acid and alkaline exhaust gas, particulate exhaust gas, and organic exhaust gas in the production workshop; Wastewater pollution sources are mainly domestic sewage, pure water station wastewater, acid and alkali cleaning wastewater, fluorinated wastewater, etc.. Solid waste is mainly domestic waste, waste sand, substandard Silicon tablets and other general solid waste and waste acid, waste imaging solution, waste photoresist, waste fixative solution, isopropanol containing water and other hazardous waste; Noise pollution sources are mainly fan, pump, sandblower treatment equipment.

3、Main points of countermeasures and measures to prevent or mitigate adverse environmental effects

(1)Exhaust gas: The exhaust gas produced during the production process of this project is mainly acid and alkaline exhaust gas, particulate exhaust gas, and organic exhaust gas. Among them, the acid-alkaline exhaust gas is collected through the collection mask and processed by the alkali spray tower treatment system on the roof and discharged by a 15-meter-high exhaust cylinder; The particle exhaust gas is discharged by a 15-meter high exhaust tube after being treated by a cloth bag dust collector; After the organic exhaust gas is collected through the collection mask, it is discharged by a 15-meter high exhaust tube via plasma photooxygen.

Through various treatment measures, all pollutants can achieve standard emissions.

(2)Wastewater: The wastewater produced during the production process of this project is mainly domestic wastewater, production wastewater, and domestic sewage is treated by septic tanks and production wastewater is treated by sewage stations and discharged into municipal pipe networks.

3)Solid waste: The solid waste generated by this project mainly consists of domestic waste, unqualified Silicon tablets, general packaging materials, waste sand and other general solid waste waste and waste acid, waste nickel plating solution, waste photoresist, waste imaging solution, waste fixed film solution, waste isopropanol and other hazardous wastes. Among them, hazardous waste is entrusted to a qualified unit for treatment, and the rest of the waste is properly disposed of.

(4)Noise: The main sources of noise in this project are fan, pump, sandblower, etc.. The noise intensity is below 60dB(A), and after sound absorption, sound isolation, and basic shock absorption measures, The noise generated by this project can be attenuated to the factory sector to meet the requirements of the "Industrial Enterprise Environmental Noise Emission Standard"(GB12348-2008).

5)Environmental risk: According to the industry characteristics of the project, the company has formulated corresponding risk prevention measures. In the production process design, according to the current international advanced management methods, the risk of the proposed project will be reduced to a minimum.

4、Elements of the Environmental Impact Assessment Findings of the Environmental Impact Report

After the evaluation, it was concluded that the construction of the project complied with the requirements of the National industrial policy, planning, etc.. The Environmental Protection measures adopted were feasible, all pollutants could be discharged in accordance with the standards, the impact on the surrounding environment was small, and the risk plans formulated were feasible. The construction of the project is feasible from an environmental perspective.
